As the year 2023 is almost at an end, we thought it would be a good time to review our work and to inform you of our plans for 2024.
2023 was all about change for us, in a couple of weeks, going forward you’ll find out what the changes will be. Unfortunately, we have had delays to our original plans, that is fine as it is a part of life. It meant that we could reflect on our business and how we could serve you better.
Here at Life’s Tutoring, we try to do things differently. We aim to take a principled, holistic and ethical approach to everything that we do, it is the least that you can expect from us. This means that we are careful in ensuring that we serve you in the best way possible.
Despite the changes taking place this year, 2023 saw us build on our great success in 2022 to make it our best year yet in terms of sales and the increase in clients, which is a testament to our business, we know that 2024 will be even better!
We also would like to thank our clients for supporting us and choosing us. As always we let our work speak for itself and you’ll see that from our ever-increasing testimonials where you can see for yourself the impact our work has had on people. Bear in mind, not everyone writes a testimonial for us despite our requests (and that is fine from us!), if we do receive a testimonial, it is a bonus, that is how we see it. It does of course allow us to further reflect on our work.
We genuinely want to help people, there is a reason why our mission statement is “to change people’s lives, put smiles on faces and improve productivity through positivity and mindset”. This defines us.
In 2021, we introduced our loyalty scheme to reward our dedicated and loyal clients. You can say that this has been a tremendous success! This scheme will never end, that is our promise. Though times have been tough lately in terms of increasing prices, we are proud to say that a good portion of our prices will continue to stay the same, we hope that this will continue, of course there are no guarantees (as we are absorbing the price increases ourselves at the moment for most services/products).
Finally. 2024 will see big changes at Life’s Tutoring. We mentioned last year as to how the business will be divided up into four parts – wellbeing, IT support, education and media. This will officially be announced soon (we have made constant revisions to our plans on this, the websites are the last things left to complete). Each division will have its own website and customer support, to make your journey with Life’s Tutoring just a little easier.
As we said before, we will have a new brand name, logos and revamped websites (Life’s Tutoring will become the name for the education division). Our new brand tagline will be “be part of the journey”, this represents the journey that we take together. Your journey with us by placing your trust in us as a valued client, and our journey with you by providing you with a service to meet the needs that you have. After all, we all are going through the journey of life together.
Our wellbeing podcast will also finally launch after creating the framework for it, stay tuned for that.
The last thing to mention, we won three awards this year (despite the changes taking place), we won the “SME News IT Awards 2023 – Best Web Design Agency Greater Manchester”, “SME News Northern Enterprise Awards 2023 – Business IT Solutions Company of the Year – North West” and “SME News Northern Enterprise Awards 2023 – Health and Wellbeing Consultancy of the Year – North West”. This now officially makes us an award-winning company! Thank God and thanks to all our clients and supporters for this. Though we let our work speak for ourselves (through our clients’ feedback), it is always nice to receive some official recognition.
