Q. What is Life’s Tutoring?
A. Here at Life’s Tutoring, we take learning and knowledge very seriously. The name of our company suggests this; we are constantly being “tutored” by life, the meaning of this is that we are constantly learning daily, there is no such thing as reaching a limit to learning, it is endless.
Using knowledge as our foundation, we focus mainly on mental, physical and business well-being.
- Mental wellbeing – our mental health via our counselling, mentoring and courses. Maintaining optimal positivity and happiness.
- Physical wellbeing – our physical health via our herbal clinic and products. Maintaining optimal performance and productivity.
- Business wellbeing – our business health via IT and media services. The bedrock of any business today.
Established in 2012, we aim to be the hub for three main areas; education, health and IT.

Q. What services do you offer?
A. We offer:

Q. I’d like to buy something, can you help me?
A. Of course we can! Here are some easy steps to follow:
1) Find the services/products that you would like to buy and press “Add to basket”.
2) Then click on the basket icon (at the top of the page for PC or at the bottom for tablets and mobile) to view your basket.
3) Here you can update quantities of the services/products, apply any coupons or checkout.
4) Now press “Proceed to checkout”.
5) Here you can add your billing details, enter your payment information and create an account with us (if you have not created one before).
6) Well done! You have now bought something from Life’s Tutoring, we thank you for your custom!
Q. What qualifications do you possess, by offering these services?
A. No problem! Some of the qualifications that we possess are: BSc(Hons) in Computing, PGCE Secondary (ICT), ECDL, First Aid, Health and Safety and Equality and Diversity.
As we always seek to improve, some qualifications that we are working towards are: PhD in Unani TIbb, Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling, BA Counselling, Master Herbalist Diploma and Naturopathy Diploma.
All courses studied by our staff are fully accredited to give you complete peace of mind.
Combining our qualifications, with our many years of experience, especially in the teaching, media, IT and admin professions, you’ll be assured that we always strive to offer the best service to our customers.

Q. Are your services delivered online or in-person?
A. Our services are mainly provided online though sometimes we do provide them in-person depending on the circumstances (normally for an extra cost to factor in travel etc).

Q. I’d like to buy a product/service but it is out of stock, how will I know when it is back in stock?
A. We’re sorry that your favourite product/service is out of stock, what you can do is head over to the “Contact us” page, select “Out of stock product request” on the “Subject” section, and then write which products/services that you would like an update to when they come back in stock.

Q. What is your returns policy?

Q. Can I receive a refund?
A. Of course you can (subject to our policy)! Please have a read here of our complete returns policy.
Q. How do I make changes to an order that I’ve already placed?
A. The easiest thing to do is to email us as soon as possible with your order number, name and the changes that you would like and we’ll sort that out for you!
Shipping
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. We have a flat rate of £3.99 for delivery within the UK and £15 for international shipping. We feel that a flat rate is much fairer and more transparent as you’ll always know the cost of shipping.
Please note that this is subject to change and only applicable to physical products.
Q. Are there any international taxes, duties etc that I have to pay?
A. There possibly may be. Please refer the government website explaining more (https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad).

Q. I didn’t receive my order, what do I do?
A. Your order should arrive within 5 working days. We’ll normally send your product as soon as we can, then it remains up to the courier as to how fast you receive the item(s).
The easiest thing to do is to email us as soon as possible with your order number and name and we’ll chase it up for you.

A. Excellent, it’s a decision that you won’t regret as your business will reach all of our customers!

4) Then place order
5) We will then update our business listing with your business for the full year (unless you renew your subscription for another year)

Q. How do I create an account?
A. There are two ways:
1) Click on this page and then type in your email address and click “Register” to register. A password will then be sent to your email address.
OR
2) When you complete the checkout process and purchase something, a password will be sent to your email address.
Q. I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
A. Don’t panic! What you can do is click here and then click “Lost your password?”. You will then enter either your username or email address and your password will then be reset.
Security
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are an online business so we don’t have a “physical” office so to say. However, we are located in Greater Manchester.
Q. Is your website secure?
A. Yes, completely! We have an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate which creates an encrypted connection. You can see that our website address starts with “https” which again indicates a secure encryption, together with the padlock sign next to it.
Our website uses the latest software to prevent any “holes” in our security.
Q. Do you have a Privacy Policy?

A. We do receive a small amount of commission (this is clearly stated on our Affiliates page) which goes towards maintaining Life’s Tutoring, however, as a result of this affiliation, we have managed to secure certain discounts for our clients too so it’s a win-win situation!
