Description

Introduction

Prayer is called salaah in Arabic and namaz in Urdu.

The five compulsory prayers (Fajr, Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha) are prayed daily. Besides these five prayers, there are others based on occasions (Janaazah, Jumu’ah, Eid etc.)

Prayer is a form of worship and cleanses oneself of sin. It gives peace to the heart and allows one to maintain their relationship with God, our Maker.
